By using or visiting the Rainbow Aviation Services website or any Rainbow Aviation Services products, services, software, data feeds, and courses provided to you on, from, or through the Rainbow Aviation Services website (collectively the “Service”) you signify your agreement to (1) these terms and conditions (the “Terms of Service”), and (2) Rainbow Privacy Policy, or please do not use the Service.
Although we may attempt to notify you when major changes are made to these Terms of Service, you should periodically review the most up-to-date version https://rainbowaviation.company/?page_id=3693. Rainbow Aviation Services may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms of Service and policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. Nothing in these Terms of Service shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.
- Course Cancellations
You should contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your booking. You may be eligible for a voucher # for a stand by seat in a future class with the same instructor.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 2 DAY INSPECTION SEMINARS (Must be in writing, prefer email)
Repairman seminars are specialized courses with limited attendance to enhance your learning experience. Additionally. participants will need lead time to attend. Therefore, NO Refunds will be authorized, however, with a minimum of 48 hour notice we will issue a voucher for a stand by seat in a future workshop with the same instructor. All vouchers are good for one calendar year from the date of the original training. To redeem, there will be a $75.00 rescheduling fee. Registrations are nontransferable. All transactions must be made directly through Rainbow Aviation. DO NOT “purchase” a seat from a participant. A 48 hour notification is required for a voucher # to be issued, otherwise the full workshop fee will be charge. All 2 day courses require a deposit of the total class fee. This fee is non-refundable. A STAND BY SEAT voucher may be issued to participants with family or personal emergencies -Stand by seat may be use when room is available in a class or another participant cancels. Stand by seats are valid for 12 months.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 120 HOUR MAINTENANCE SEMINARS (Must be in writing, prefer email)
Repairman seminars are specialized courses with limited attendance to enhance your learning experience. Additionally, due to the length of the course, participants will need lead time to attend. Therefore, NO REFUNDS will be authorized, however, we will move you to another class. There will be a $275.00 rescheduling fee up until 30 days prior to start date. There is a $650 rescheduling fee 30-1 day before start date. A “no show” will be charged the full workshop fee. A STAND BY SEAT is issued to participants with family or personal emergencies -this will allow you to use your fees less the deposit for another session- (documentation required- ask about policies, rules and restrictions) Stand by seat may be use when room is available in a class or another participant cancels and is good for one year. Two non refundable installments are due at 90 days and 60 days prior to the start date of the course.
- SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping rates quoted online are based on estimates and are presented for comparison purposes only. They may not include all applicable charges for insurance, hazardous shipping fees, or additional charges for deliveries to an extended service area. Actual charges will be determined based on exact weight and number of packages shipped and from which Rainbow Aviation Services facility. Shipments by air will be charged at the greater of actual or dimensional weight. Some services are not available in all areas and some services do not accept all commodities. Shipments by mail will be tendered to the US Postal Service the next business day. Some carriers will charge a fee if the shipping address given is not accurate or correct. Please verify the address you have given is accurate and correct to avoid additional charges. To assist domestic US customers, please refer to the US Postal website at www.usps.com and choose the Find a zip code link to verify your address is correct. We reserve the right to require a signature at time of delivery.
Oversize charges will be assessed at time of shipment. Packages over 60 inches in length will be assessed an additional handling fee as declared in the carriers service guide. Packages over 84 inches length and girth will be charged at the greater of actual or dimensional weight. Packages over 96 inches in length or 130 inches length and girth will also be assessed a fee for exceeding the maximum package size, pursuant to the carrier service guide. Air shipments will be charged the greater of actual weight or dimensional weight. Dimensional weight is calculated as the total cubic inches of a package divided by a dimensional weight factor (domestic US is 194, outside US is 166). Some oversized items can be cut for shipping. If you think this might apply, please return to your shopping cart and include cutting instructions in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS portion of your order.
Duties, taxes, and any other accessorial charges and/or fees are the responsibility of the recipient. If Rainbow Aviation Services is billed these charges on your behalf, you agree to pay Rainbow Aviation Services at a later date.
To economize on the shipping costs, international orders are generally shipped complete unless otherwise advised by the customer. Parcel Post traces are very time consuming and unreliable. We cannot be responsible for shipments made by Parcel Post.
For orders shipping to international addresses, beyond destination fees may apply to certain postal codes. The fees are the responsibility of the customer. You will be contacted for collection of these fees should your order incur them.
INTERNATIONAL ORDER POLICIES
Rainbow Aviation Services is recognized as the leading source of training for aircraft owners and pilots around the world. Please note the following guidelines for placing an international workshop orders. Attendees from countries outside the US will receive a certificate of course completion and a copy of our civil air authority (FAA) letter of approval. Many Civil Air Authorities around the world recognize this US FAA Approved course. All additional credit card, and/or bank fees are the responsibility of the customer. For any products: shipping must be address by request. Please email us for product shipment.
All freight, duty and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Preferred methods of payment are credit cards ( Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and by bank transfer. There is an additional $40 service charge for bank transfers. When making a bank transfer please email a copy of your transfer along with your order request to ensure accurate allocation of funds. Please note that if payment is made by bank transfer there is an approximate 7 day delay before funds are confirmed and allocated.

CERTIFICATE OF COURSE COMPLETION
Rainbow Aviation Services provides you with a Certificate of Completion for our Repairman Courses at no charge. However, there is a $25.00 fee to replace your certificates.
OUR PRICING POLICY
Rainbow Aviation Services has always taken great pride in offering aircraft builders/owners/pilots the lowest overall prices in the industry. We will continue to do our best to minimize increases and offer all of our products at the best possible prices. All prices are subject to change without notice.
OPEN ACCOUNT
Rainbow Aviation Services has long served many companies, schools and government agencies on an open account basis. Established companies can apply for an open account by submitting a credit application including all company data and at least three business references and bank information. Credit application forms available on request. Open account terms are net 15 days after invoice date.
RAINBOW AVIATION SERVICES SECURITY POLICY
Rainbow Aviation Services, as developer and manager of the Rainbow Aviation Services portal has taken a number of steps to safeguard the integrity of its data and prevent unauthorized access to information that is maintained in our computer systems. These measures are designed and intended to prevent corruption of data, block unknown or unauthorized access to our systems and information, ensure the integrity of information that is transmitted between our customers and Rainbow Aviation Services, and to provide reasonable protection of private information that is in our possession.
For security purposes and to make sure this service remains available to all users, Rainbow Aviation Services uses special software programs for monitoring and auditing network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise to cause damage to this computer system. Rainbow Aviation Services also uses proprietary software tools to control access to specific applications and services and industry standard security software to protect data that is transmitted electronically between users and the Rainbow Aviation Services website.
WARNING — If security monitoring reveals possible evidence of criminal activity, information pertaining to such activity may be provided to law enforcement officials.
Unauthorized attempts to upload information and/or change information on the Rainbow Aviation Services website are strictly prohibited and are subject to prosecution under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 and Title 18 U.S.C. Sec.1001 and 1030.
