Special considerations:

1. Classes begin promptly at 8:00 AM each day. Attendance at all sessions is required.                     

2. You must be at least 18 years old,
be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, and be able to understand, read, and write English.

3. The repairman rating is for ELSA aircraft. It will not allow you to complete inspections on type-certificated or amateur built aircraft.

4. FAA limits the number of students in each class and demand is high.  Therefore, your fees are non-refundable. We will assist you in selling your seat to a person on our waiting list. However, all sales must be handled through Rainbow Aviation Services. I have read the complete refund policy on Rainbow’s website.
